De Quervain's Tenosynovitis 媽媽手

De Quervain’s tenosynovitis is inflammation of the tendons on the thumb side of the wrist. It causes pain when gripping, lifting, or twisting the wrist, and is common in new parents and people who do repetitive hand work. Physiotherapy aims to reduce irritation, improve tendon glide, and guide you on activity modification and support.

狄奎凡氏腱鞘炎(俗稱「媽媽手」)係手腕拇指側嘅筋腱發炎,拎嘢、扭手腕或者抱BB時會感到痛楚。物理治療會幫你減少腱鞘刺激、改善筋腱滑動,同時教你善用護托同調整動作,減低重複勞損。

ACL Reconstruction 韌帶重建手術

After ACL reconstruction, the knee needs structured rehabilitation to restore strength, balance, and confidence. Early stages focus on reducing swelling and regaining knee movement; later phases rebuild muscle power and prepare you to return to sport safely. A tailored physiotherapy program guides you through each step.

前十字韌帶重建手術之後,膝關節需要有系統嘅復康,去重建力量、穩定度同信心。初期會集中消腫、恢復屈曲同伸直角度,其後逐步加強大腿及臀部肌肉訓練,為安全復操做好準備。物理治療師會按你嘅情況設計個人化復康計劃。

Frozen Shoulder 五十肩

Frozen shoulder is a gradual stiffening of the shoulder joint, leading to pain and a big loss of movement. Simple tasks like dressing, reaching overhead, or fastening a bra can become difficult. Physiotherapy uses gentle mobilisations and stretching to restore movement and help you return to daily activities.

冰凍肩(五十肩)係肩關節慢慢變得僵硬同疼痛,令活動範圍大幅減少,著衫、梳頭、舉高手都變得好困難。物理治療透過溫和關節鬆動同伸展運動,逐步恢復肩膊靈活性,幫你回復日常功能。

Plantar Fascitis 足底筋膜

Plantar fasciitis is irritation of the thick band of tissue under the foot, usually causing sharp heel pain with the first steps in the morning or after long standing. Physiotherapy helps by releasing tight tissues, correcting foot mechanics, and giving exercises to support the arch.

足底筋膜炎係腳板底一條粗厚筋膜發炎,多數會喺朝早落地第一步或者企耐咗之後感到腳踭刺痛。物理治療會幫你放鬆繃緊組織、改善足部受力情況,並提供針對性訓練去支撐足弓。

Medial Elbow Epicondylitis 內側上髁炎

Medial elbow epicondylitis, or golfer’s elbow, is overuse of the tendons that bend the wrist and fingers, causing pain on the inner side of the elbow. It often appears in racket sports, throwing sports, or repetitive manual work. Physiotherapy focuses on reducing pain, improving tendon load tolerance, and correcting technique or work habits.

內側上髁炎(高爾夫球肘)係前臂屈腕屈指嘅筋腱長期過度使用,令手肘內側疼痛,多見於打球、投擲運動或者重複手作工作人士。物理治療會透過手法治療、伸展同漸進式肌力訓練去減痛,並協助你調整動作模式同工作習慣。

Shoulder Impingement 肩夾擊症

Shoulder impingement occurs when the tendons in the shoulder are pinched as you lift your arm. It often causes pain with reaching, lifting, or sleeping on that side. 肩夾擊症係當你舉高手隻手時,肩膊入面嘅筋腱被夾住,導致肩膊痛,舉手、拎嘢或者瞓覺側瞓都會唔舒服。

Disc Bulge 椎間盤突出

A disc bulge happens when the cushion between your spinal bones pushes outward and may irritate nearby nerves. This can cause back pain, numbness, or tingling down the arm or leg. 椎間盤突出係指脊椎中間嘅「軟墊」向外膨出,有機會壓住附近神經,出現腰痛、手腳麻痺或者刺痛。

Upper Cross Syndrome 上交叉綜合症

Upper cross syndrome is a common postural problem where the chest and neck muscles become tight and the mid-back and deep neck muscles become weak. It often comes from long hours of desk or phone use and can lead to neck, shoulder, and upper back pain. Physiotherapy addresses muscle imbalance, posture, and workstation setup.

上交叉綜合症係一種常見姿勢問題:胸肌同頸後肌太緊,背中同深層頸肌就太弱,多見於長時間用電腦、玩電話嘅人,容易出現頸膊酸痛同上背痛。物理治療會針對性地拉鬆緊張肌肉、訓練弱肌同改善坐姿同工作枱擺位。
