Early stages focus on reducing swelling and regaining knee movement; later phases rebuild muscle power and prepare you to return to sport safely. 前十字韌帶重建手術之後,膝關節需要有系統嘅復康,去重建力量、穩定度同信心。初期會集中消腫、恢復屈曲同伸直角度,其後逐步加強大腿及臀部肌肉訓練,為安全復操做好準備。物理治療師會按你嘅情況設計個人化復康計劃。

前十字韌帶重建係修補膝關節主要穩定韌帶嘅手術。手術之後需要系統化復康,先可以安全回復行路、跑步同做運動。
常見原因(手術適應症)
– 運動創傷導致前十字韌帶完全或接近斷裂
– 膝關節反覆「跪低」、不穩或扭傷
– 需要回到切向、跳躍類運動(籃球、足球等)
術後常見情況/症狀
– 膝關節腫脹、痛楚
– 屈曲/伸直角度受限
– 大腿肌肉萎縮、乏力
– 落樓梯、轉身、跑跳信心不足
物理治療重點
早期(0–6 星期):消腫、恢復活動度
• 冰敷、抬高、儀器治療控制腫脹。
• 在安全範圍內恢復膝屈伸角度及步姿訓練。
• 及早啟動股四頭肌及臀肌,預防肌肉流失。
中後期:重建肌力、穩定及運動表現
• 漸進式肌力、平衡及本體感覺訓練。
• 跑步、變向及跳躍訓練,按階段評估回場指標。
• 治療師會按醫生指引及你嘅運動目標,度身訂造復康流程。

ACL reconstruction is surgery to replace the anterior cruciate ligament, a key stabiliser of the knee. Structured rehabilitation is essential after surgery to safely return to walking, running, and sport.
Typical indications for surgery
– Complete or near-complete ACL tear from sports injury
– Recurrent knee giving way or instability episodes
– Desire to return to cutting, pivoting, or jumping sports
Common post-operative issues
– Knee pain and swelling
– Limited bending and straightening
– Thigh muscle weakness and wasting
– Lack of confidence with stairs, turning, running, and jumping
Physiotherapy focus
Early phase (0–6 weeks) – swelling control and motion
• Ice, elevation, and modalities to manage swelling.
• Safe restoration of knee flexion/extension range and normal walking pattern.
• Early activation of quadriceps and hip muscles to limit muscle loss.
Later phases – strength, stability, and return to sport
• Progressive strengthening, balance, and proprioception training.
• Running, cutting, and plyometric drills with stage-based return-to-sport testing.
• The rehabilitation plan is individualised according to surgeon protocol and your sport goals.
